HOW TO JOIN OR CHANGE YOUR PROVIDER TO IRIS-GMK
If you‘re joining KiwiSaver for the first time or want to change from another provider, simply follow these steps:

Fill out our on-line application form |
 |

Print the form and sign it |
 |

 |
Attach copies of two forms of ID (one photo and one proof of residential address) |

Mail the form and ID to us: IRIS-GMK, Freepost 210729. P.O. Box 10068, Wellington 6143. |

DON‘T HAVE A PRINTER?
Before you ring us and ask us to mail you a paper form, consider these options:
- Once you’ve completed the online application, email the .pdf to yourself at work or to a friend who has a printer.
- Or fill in the online form, then phone or email us (we‘ll need your full name and IRD number) and we‘ll print and send it to you for signing. This may sound silly, but it‘s a lot cleaner and greener than multiple mailings and data entry. Phone 9am - 5.30pm 0800 427 384. Email.
TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER?
Just complete the 5 steps above. We‘ll handle the rest.
- We‘ll contact IRD and inform them of your transfer
- We‘ll contact your old provider and arrange for your funds to be moved to your IRIS-GMK account
- We‘ll set you up with online access to your account so you can track your contributions and your investments.
